2009 was a great year for normo rovers, spurred on by young blood and new leadership, we were more active and involved, both as a crew and within the region. Resulting in extra fun for all, so here is just a few of the highlights of 2009 for your browsing pleasure.
Fun was had by many (dirty hippies) at events such as Berowra rovers Tradies moot.
Hanging out with Berowra and Mt Colah/Kuring-Gai and the first (hopefully annual) Hornsby District Camp.
Celebrating our Kalang cup win by dunking hooders in a wheelbarrow of ice.
Showing off our cans at hike for hunger.
Celebrating a return to form for Magical Mystery tour.
And for an unlucky few sailing the Whitsundays as an end of year punishment.
As a result of our efforts we were awarded crew of 2009 at the NSW Rover Ball. So congratulations to the crew for a great year, I can only hope that this year will be as fun as the last.
